Aprobación del proyecto ejecutivo
Building permission, will be drawn by the responsible province.

Autorización administrativa
Permission for the wind farm drawn by the responsible administration.

Offical, provincal and national display register.

CCAA (Comunidades Autónomas)
Spanish autonomous association, similar to the german federal sates or regions in other countries, which are devided in provinces.

Deficit tarifario
Difference between electricity costs and feed in tariff.

DIA (declaracion de impacto ambiental)
Environmental Impact Study

IPC (índice del precio del consumo)
Annual inflation rate. The compensation system in Spain is indexed with the inflation rate annually.

MITYC (Ministerio de industria, turismo y comercio)
Ministry for industry, tourism and trade which is responsible for the advancement of renewable energy.

PER (Plan de Energías Renovables)
Plan for the advancement of renewable energies in Spain 2005 - 2010. It is the current valid advancement plan which has been passed in August 2005. By the end of 2009 drafts for a new plan (2011- 2020) and a 'law for energy efficiency and renewable energies' are expected. The plan shall finally be finish by 2010.

PIB (Producto interior bruto)
Same as GDP (gross domestic product) 

REE (Red eléctrica española)
Spanish Operator. Since 2005 REE owns the complete spanish grid.

Régimen Especial
Special regulation framework in which the legal policies for renewable energies are assessed.

Registro de Pre-Asignación de retribución
Register of the pre-assignment of the commission, generally described as pre-register, which has been implemented with the RD 6/2009 from/on 7^th May 2009.

The most discussed condition for signing into the pre-register is the verification of at least 50% of the financing and a pre-contract with the converter producer about at least 50% of the wind energy converter. To receive the feed in tariff the entry into this register is required.

RD (Real Decreto)
Spain is a parliamentary monarchy. Thus all released policies are 'royal decrees'.
