NEK
National Energy company, which issues the grid connection agreement in Bulgaria and which is obligated to guarantee the purchase of energy from renewable energy sources for 15 years. 

Prefernce Price
Purchase price for the feed in tariff of renewable energies. The preference price depends on the capacity of the wind energy converter as well as on the amount of the working hours. The adjustment of the tariff is carried out annually and is assessed by national regulation commission for Energy & Water.

Project Visa
An affirmation that all necessary documents are available to request the building permission for the project.

PUP
A document which states the change of spatial planning for wind energy converters

SEWRC
National regulation commission for energy and water. It assigns i.e. the annual preference prices for the feed in tariff of renewable energies.
